Technical Differences from Laser Processing:

  • CNC Router uses mechanical cutting tools (specialized drill bits)
  • Drill bit diameters range from 1 to 8 mm
  • Bits can be angled at 45 degrees or have specialized profiles
  • Standard cutting uses 3 or 6 mm diameter milling tools
